Dudley Crossing Apartments

This is a new construction of 24 units and a commercial space in Roxbury, MA. The work includes a demolition of an existing 4 story structure that is in fairly poor condition and replacing it with a 5 story building. Building exterior is designed to be respectful of surrounding context and features masonry and brick cladding, fixed over awning windows, and a cornice to resemble the height of the original structure. This project is pursuing Passive House certification.
