This development included building and unit rehab of the larger Linwood site in Cambridge, MA and an addition of 3 new construction buildings of14, 6, and 3 units respectively. The largest 14 unit building is pursuing Passive House certification. Even though the other two buildings are not going for the certification, they are built to the same rigorous standard.
This is the largest 14 unit building designed to meet Passive House certification.
This building is a 6 unit structure on Broadway street.
This is an addition to existing building. Features 3 three bedroom units.
