Fruit Sever Lobby Upgrade

This project included unit rehab in a building complex that consisted of 4 midrise buildings and 1 highrise. In addition to unit renovations, client at this project wanted to upgrade lobby finishes, add mailboxes and provide office management space. We provided very simple schematic renderings for the client to communicate our design ideas and help them visualize the space.
