Weathered metal panels at column surrounds and reclaimed wood accent at elevator wall for a rustic historic feel. Contemporary light fixtures and bright seating benches provide modern feel and add a little bit of zing to the space.
Proposed seating bench at the lobby to activate space and encourage people to hang out/ work at the lobby.
